Tickets sold, gross takings and merch demand per gig, so you know whether to add a phase.
How the money works
- 1. You set the booking fee. Choose a percentage and whether the fan or your margin absorbs it.
- 2. Fans pay through your provider. Link your Yoco or bank details — payments route to you, not to us.
- 3. Refunds stay in your control. Full or partial refunds per order, with tickets voided automatically.
Card processing is currently simulated while live payment provider onboarding is finalised. All orders, tickets and reporting behave exactly as they will in production.
